Devenish Nutrition CLG has inaugurated a new scholarship at Kilkenny College to promote Degree level study at an Irish University in Science ,Technology, Engineering and Mechanics (STEM) domains. This bespoke scholarship recognises the range and quality of study in the Sciences and Agribusiness areas which occur in Kilkenny College. The first recipient of the Devenish Scholarship is Sarah Levie (pictured) who has commenced 1st Year studying Engineering at UCD. 

Principal at Kilkenny College Mr. Simon Thompson said ‘We are extremely grateful to Mr. Owen Brennan (Chairman, Devenish Nutrition), for his decision to inaugurate this award specifically to a member of the outgoing Leaving certificate class at Kilkenny College on an annual basis. The recognition of the range and quality of teaching and learning in the STEM domain in our school is inspiring. A large number of applications were received for this, the first year of the award. I am certain the applications will continue to rise from our Leaving Certificate students each year.’
